When I moved to Bend, Oregon several decades ago, it was a town with virtually only four-way stop signs. Things have certainly changed since then. The perspective of seeing this dramatic change has given me a distinct advantage and knowledge of the area, its neighborhoods, and the history of fluctuating home values.
